A foundation to cultivate entrepreneurship

The MMA Future Entrepreneurs Foundation is a Do Tank⁽¹⁾ that encourages regional entrepreneurial initiatives, primarily to enable entrepreneurs to capitalise on current changes in order to shape the future.
To achieve this, the Foundation has four main aims:

1. Produce and circulate relevant content;
2. Encourage entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial initiatives on a regional level;
3. Promote good news from local regions;
4. Support innovative projects.

Keeping track of regional economic development

For the last few years, the MMA Future Entrepreneurs Foundation has carried out studies into entrepreneurship in local regions.

One of its main initiatives is the entrepreneurial activity survey, which recently revealed that 92% of entrepreneurs were still as committed as ever to their local region and did not see themselves leaving⁽²⁾.

Future Entrepreneurs meetings

Each year, the MMA Future Entrepreneurs Foundation travels to local regions and organises dozens of meetings on entrepreneurial culture. These events are designed to boost regional economic development, with the aim of:

• Understanding the changes facing entrepreneurs;
• Anticipating the risks and opportunities associated with these changes;
• Improving entrepreneurs’ performance and wellbeing.

With this in mind, the Foundation organises a number of events such as the “Regional good news roundtables” to identify entrepreneurial success stories from all over France and let them tell their story.
