In a market rattled by the Covid-19 crisis, you expect tailored solutions that reflect the new reality you face. In order to best cover companies operating in the secondary or tertiary sector, we have updated and supplemented our property damage solutions.

Solutions to suit your needs

Our approach combines greater clarity with enhanced protection and innovative coverage through “MMA All risks”. You will benefit from an insurance solution developed as an “Open Perils” package, including :

  • Comprehensive cover ;
  • Clearly stated exclusions ;
  • An adjustable solution with the possibility to extend coverage to integrate exclusions ;
  • Coverage for environmental upgrade expenses, environmental damage and loss of merchandise in controlled atmospheres.

Create your own tailored property damage policy

In order to create your own tailored policy that meets the needs of your company, we provide you with certain coverage as standard – in particular tangible property damage, tenants responsibilities, related expenses and losses – which can be extended to include :

  • Additional coverage: theft, plate glass, equipment, loss of merchandise in controlled atmospheres, escape of liquid, financial loss, etc. ;
  • Optional coverage: broken bottle, independent worksite and installation risks, outdoor development, cargo, curtain/mirror walling, additional electricity charges ;
  • Crisis management and rebuilding a damaged reputation, property owner liability.

We constantly monitor the market to identify changes and emerging concerns so we can proactively put forward the most relevant solutions.

Abed-Assabar Berrabah, Director of Corporate Solutions at MMA

We strive to develop innovative solutions that cover emerging concerns, such as reputational insurance. For example, we integrate as standard the basic package of our Crisis Management and Image Loss solution, entitled “Crisis Management Assistance”. This provides you with 5 hours of telephone support from a specialist firm, as well as a template Crisis Anticipation Plan.

As an optional extra, you can benefit from the second level of the package, dubbed “Crisis Management and Rebuilding a Damaged Reputation”. You would thereby enjoy :

  • Comprehensive assistance in managing the crisis and the media from a specialist partner ;
  • Coverage of additional expenses incurred to put in place actions to resolve the crisis ;
  • Coverage of expenses incurred to rebuild your brand reputation ;
  • Analysis of the crisis driven by a specialist firm involved in helping you through the incident.

The media is increasingly present in the environment in which companies operate. The widespread uptake and omnipresence of digital technology have created a world in which information travels faster than ever. Consequently, a relatively commonplace accident has the potential to rapidly threaten a company’s reputation among its customers and suppliers. That’s why we want to be there to support you when you find yourself having to tackle a crisis situation that could cause lasting damage to your reputation.
